Below are some of our more popular box styles. You may click on the pictures for
the larger image.

| |
Regular Slotted Container (RSC) * Most Popular *
The RSC can be used for a variety of products and is the most common box style.
All flaps have the same length and the two outer flaps normally the lengthwise
flaps) are one-half the container's width, so they meet at the center of the
box when folded. If the product requires a flat, even bottom surface, a fill-in
pad can be placed between the two inner flaps.

| |
Full Overlap Container (FOL)
This style is especially resistant to rough handling. Stacked on its bottom
panel, the overlapping flaps provide added cushioning. All flaps have the same
length (the width of the box). When closed, the outer flaps come within one
inch of complete overlap.

| |
Half Slotted Container (HSC)
Same as Regular Slotted Container (RSC) without one set of flaps.
Shown with optional lid.

Five Panel Folder(FPF)
A single cut and scored piece features a fifth panel used as the closing flap,
completely covering a side panel. The closed box has several layers of combined
board on each end, providing stacking strength and protection for long articles
of small diameter.
| |
Design Style Tray(DST)
A design style tray is similar to an OPF: both are generally flat and square.
However, a DST has flaps on the sides and the ends that are folded and fastened
to produce a tray. Though the tray can be used by itself, DSTs are often used
with a corresponding (and slightly larger) DST-LID. DSTs are also often used as
lids for HSCs. Typical applications: shipping heavy flat items, re-usable
storage container. Please note: flaps must be taped, glued or
stapled. This is not a self-locking design.
| |
| |
Once Piece Folder(OPF)
One piece of board is cut so that it provides a flat bottom,
with flaps forming the sides and ends, and extensions of the side flaps meeting
to form the top. Common uses are books and printed materials.
| |
Double Cover Boxes(DC)
This style is frequently used for tall or heavy products that would be difficult
to lower into a box. The item is placed on the bottom cover and the shell is
lowered over the product. This style is also used for granular and other
free-flowing products. When the number of articles or quantity of products
varies, the tube can be cut down to the level of the contents.
| |
Scored Sheets and Dividers (SSD)
When scores are placed in a PAD, the PAD becomes a scored sheet. Scored sheets
are used as void fill and structural support, and can be manufactured to fill
just about any space.
| |
Flat Pads
Pads are plain shapes of corrugated or solid fiberboard. They can be used to
fill the space between the inner flaps of a Regular Slotted Container (RSC), to
completely cover the bottom or top of the box, or to separate layers of
product.Vertically, they can be used to separate partitions.

Plastic Corrugated
Plastic corrugated is excellent for re-usable boxes. It offers superior weather
resistance and strength. Please note: plastic corrugated boxes are about 4-6
times the cost of regular corrugated cardboard but can be re-used many times so
if you're planning to use the box over and over, it's a great choice.
